Introduction to the Favorites Series

In the ServiceNow environment, a favorite is defined as a frequently used application, catalog item, list, report, or another such item. The best way to quickly navigate back to your most used ServiceNow feature would be to create a favorite.  We have compiled a series of how-to videos to help walk through this process.
