ServiceNow Developer - Asset Management
Specialty Required: Asset Management & Software Asset Management Specialty w/ Integrations
Location Specific: Dallas, Texas (or travel there 5 days a week for 6+ months)
We're scouring the nation for a ServiceNow Developer who is good with people, has done several Asset Management implementations, and is proficient with integrations. You'd be working with one of our top customers on a long term basis, so you'd need to be in their area, or willing to travel there during the week -- every week (Dallas, Texas).
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, would be to implement both hardware and software Asset Management along with their excellent team of Product Owners, Project Managers, BAs, and more. They'd be looking to you to integrate with numerous systems, as well as guide them in the best practices and lessons learned that you've accumulated around implementing Asset Management.
While you'd be the only person on-site at the client, you won't be alone. Several of your colleagues at Finite are also embedded with the client, and we'd all stay in touch non-stop over Slack as well.

Looking for an awesome individual to come on board part-time or full time to assist with various administrative and management tasks.
Desired help includes:
- Entering timecards in client systems once a week
- Invoicing clients once a month
- Keeping tabs on current projects, checking in with employees about statuses
- Blog writing / social media management
- Travel Planning / Scheduling
- Meeting Scheduling
- Email assistance / management
- Setting up accounts for new employees
- Researching tools/companies
Must be proficient with Office Suite, Gmail, Google Calendar, Quickbooks, screen sharing tools, and any knowledge of ServiceNow would be a plus! In general, you need to be extremely comfortable with technology and able to figure out new websites and software without assistance. Candidate needs to be able to compose professional-sounding email replies and be detail-oriented.
There is room for growth and transfer into another position in the future (if desired).
Process Architect and Training Lead
We're looking for a superstar individual who can assist with both internal day to day operations as well as leading our Process and Training workstreams. The individual must be extremely well organized, proficient in all Microsoft Word products, an outstanding communicator, and passionate about improving and growing a business. Previous experience with training, process design, consulting, and ServiceNow a must. Three years of ServiceNow experience required. Technical experience a major plus. Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Ideally will have past experience training more than one toolset. Must have experience managing a team and fostering a positive culture within a company. Must be a US Citizen.
